A turn-key project, Farrow Walsh worked closely with the Client advising on the barn conversions, adoptable and private drainage strategy, and earthwork strategy for the site and foundation design for the new build element within the retained trees in conjunction with planning restrictions identified by the planning authority.
Working closely with the planning authority allowed us to demonstrate innovation in our approach to the new mini-roundabout and adopted drainage design.
