Farrow Walsh advised on the phased demolition of the existing Stor-a-file storage facility and Angel Hosiery sock factory with 1200mm and 600mm diameter public sewers running through the site.
A particularly tight site to develop with varying ground depths due to the historic minerals extraction pit adjacent to the site from a pre-existing brick factory meant the foundations had to be piled.
