This ambitious, design led eco house achieved planning permission following a prolonged planning process with esteemed Architect Anthony Goddard and is to be built in the grounds of a pre-existing Grade II Listed Manor House.
Farrow Walsh have been involved with intrusive ground investigations following extensive archaeological works to establish a foundation arrangement that does not impact on the natural state of the soils and prove cost effective to the scheme. The site lies within flood plain and is compounded by ground level, drainage and soil variability issues all of which have been considered within the constraints of eco-house compliance.
