A former office building, the development of the Ramada Hotel and leisure facility was part of the regeneration of the cultural quarter in the city of Leicester sitting in the shadow of Curve Theatre. In an incredibly built up area of the city and on one of the main bus routes to the city centre and train station; this project posed some unique problems especially as an underground car park had to be created.
Drainage solutions involved adapting and linking to existing systems and the involvement of multiple parties to ensure agreements were reached.
