Structural, civil and infrastructure engineering supporting a new sports and leisure destination in Leicestershire
Rally Yard is a new purpose-built padel and leisure destination located at Asfordby Business Park, near Melton Mowbray.
The development provides five premium covered padel courts, comprising four doubles courts and a dedicated singles court, alongside a clubhouse with café, bar and terrace facilities. Designed as more than simply a sporting venue, Rally Yard brings together recreation, hospitality and social space, with plans to further expand its offering through future wellbeing activities.
Farrow Walsh was appointed to provide structural technical design services in support of the Rally Yard development.
Working closely with the project team, our engineers provided the structural design information required to support the development as it progressed towards construction. Our involvement focused on delivering practical and coordinated technical solutions that responded to the requirements of the scheme and could be effectively integrated with the wider design.
Throughout our involvement, we worked collaboratively with the client team to ensure the necessary structural information was clearly communicated and aligned with the developing project requirements.
