BSA Gateway 2 Approval Achieved for London Scheme

May 12, 2026

Farrow Walsh Ltd is pleased to confirm that Gateway 2 approval has now been successfully achieved for our London scheme, marking a major milestone in the project’s progression.

The approval follows a rewarding and collaborative 14-month journey since submission, during which there were numerous consultations between the project team and the regulator. This detailed and rigorous process has ensured that the scheme meets the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance, and we are delighted to have reached this important stage.

With BSA Gateway 2 approval now in place, the project can move forward to start on site, delivering a high-quality mixed-use scheme comprising Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build-to-Rent (BTR), and residential housing. The development will make a meaningful contribution to meeting housing needs in London and to the creation of a well-considered, sustainable urban environment.

Farrow Walsh has been proud to be involved throughout the full lifecycle of the project to date, including the planning application, detailed design, and navigating the complexities of a successful BSAGateway 2 submission. Achieving approval is a testament to the strength of collaboration between all parties involved and the shared commitment to delivering a compliant, well-designed and socially valuable scheme.

We would like to thank the wider project team for their continued engagement and professionalism throughout the process. We now look forward to the next phase and to seeing the scheme progress on site.
