With an estimated contract value of £29 million, Warwick Gates Care Village is the largest value project that Farrow Walsh has been appointed to work on.
Phased over the next 4 years plans for the Care Village at illustrate the proposed development as being set within a fully managed landscape. These grounds and gardens will be an amenity for the village community to enjoy. The Care Village will be a sympathetically designed, low-impact Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), with buildings designed to achieve excellent energy, CO2 and sustainable performance and will reflect the area’s existing traditional building styles.
Farrow Walsh will be involved with the structural, civil, water engineering, infrastructure and drainage works for this high profile development for English Care Village Ltd.
