Progress Report: Welland Quarter

May 11, 2026

Farrow Walsh Ltd is pleased to report significant progress at Welland Quarter, with the installation of the site’s sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS) advancing smoothly. This key phase of the works is preparing the development for the upcoming paving stage and represents an important step in the project’s delivery.

Welland Quarter is an innovative redevelopment located in Market Harborough, combining a contemporary new-build element with the sensitive conversion of a Grade II listed building. Once complete, the scheme will deliver 83 high-quality residential apartments, incorporating undercroft parking and a shared roof garden, carefully designed to enhance resident amenity while respecting the site’s historic context.

The project is being delivered in collaboration with Mitchian Construction Ltd and Staniforth Architects Ltd, and Farrow Walsh would like to thank both teams for their continued professionalism and collaborative approach throughout the project.

Farrow Walsh is proud to support developments such as Welland Quarter that exemplify innovation, quality, and sustainable design, and we look forward to sharing further updates as the scheme continues to progress.
