Quality all round at Farrow Walsh

Farrow Walsh has just renewed their ISO9001 accreditation for the third consecutive year.

The team at the expanding, civil and structural engineering practice believe that quality comes first and are continuously working to ensure that the procedures are followed. This reflects in the excellent client satisfaction rate that brings many clients back time and again.

Adam Cooke currently oversees day-t-o-day running of the quality management system and ensures it is up to date and appropriate to the work of Farrow Walsh.

He said,

‘The team are delighted that we have passed. But the work does not stop here and is not just about the inspection. We strive all year to ensure the processes in place are followed. This makes out working practises well defined and helps with overall customer satisfaction.’
