Silverstone welcomes Farrow Walsh

Following public demand for a suitable arena to watch live bands over the major motorsports weekend for F1 and motorcycling, Silverstone Circuits required the creation of an open air amphitheatre for up to 10,000 visitors.

Farrow Walsh were appointed to review of the drainage and service apparatus arrangement adjacent to the inner Sprint circuit whilst 3-D surface modelling created the raised levels for the amphitheatre and quantifying of the materials required.

The existing surface water flooding issue within the car parking areas adjacent to the amphitheatre were reconfigured solving a massive commercial issue experienced by the client during inclement weather conditions.
