BIM

Applying digital innovation through BIM to support cohesive, high-quality engineering design.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has transformed the way buildings and infrastructure are designed and delivered, improving structural efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and collaboration across project teams.

As BIM consultants, we have successfully implemented this technology across the UK on student accommodation, care homes, apartments, and both small- and large-scale residential and infrastructure projects. Our specialists create data-rich 3D models that support every stage of a building’s lifecycle—from planning and design through construction, operation, maintenance, and renovation, including historic building restorations.

Working to the globally recognised IFC standard, our BIM models are shared in a common data environment (CDE), providing project managers and contractors with the information needed to work efficiently, reduce risk, and maintain budgets and timelines. We also provide BIM execution plans, Employer’s Information Requirements, project implementation plans, and IT/resource assessments to ensure consistent delivery and maximum value from BIM.
